Choose the ongoing support that fits your pace

Accessibility doesn’t stop once the first changes are made.
But it also doesn’t need to become a constant drain on time or energy.

Our ongoing support pathways are designed to fit around your reality - your team size, your risk level, and the pace you’re comfortable with.

You can step up, step down, or pause at any point.

Light pathway

Steady support for teams who want reassurance, not intensity. Best for small teams, early-stage accessibility work, or organisations maintaining progress rather than scaling rapidly.

£750/month

Light pathway includes

  • Audits: Light-touch reviews of selected content or updates to sense-check progress and catch issues early.
  • Training: Short, focused sessions or refreshers to keep knowledge current without overload.
  • Updates: Clear guidance on relevant changes to standards, expectations, or best practice.
  • Support: Email-based support for quick questions and decision checks.
  • Validation: Confidence that what you’re doing still makes sense - without second-guessing every decision.

Standard pathway

Balanced support for teams embedding accessibility into day-to-day work. Best for growing teams, organisations introducing new systems or AI-supported tools, or those managing moderate risk.

£,1500/month

Standard pathway includes

  • Audits: Regular audits across multiple assets, systems, or learning materials.
  • Training: Planned training sessions aligned to your roadmap and team needs.
  • Updates: Proactive updates linked to your context, tools, and risks.
  • Support: Ongoing support with space for discussion, clarification, and sense-checking.
  • Validation: Evidence-based reassurance that accessibility is being applied consistently and well.

Complete pathway

High-touch support for complex environments or higher-risk change. Best for large organisations, regulated environments, or teams undergoing significant digital or organisational change.

£2,500/month

Complete pathway includes

  • Audits: Frequent and in-depth audits across content, platforms, and processes.
  • Training: Regular training and tailored sessions for different roles or teams.
  • Updates: Continuous guidance as standards, tools, and organisational needs evolve.
  • Support: Hands-on support with faster turnaround and deeper involvement.
  • Validation: Strong assurance and documentation to support governance, confidence, and accountability.

A note on choice

There is no “right” pathway.

Some organisations stay light for years.
Others move up temporarily, then scale back.

The goal is not to do more.
The goal is to stay confident, consistent, and in control.

Discuss your pathway

Ongoing support is always discussed after you’ve taken a first step and completed onboarding.

That way, any decision is based on real insight, not assumptions.

Frequently asked questions

Can we carry unused support over month to month?

No, support doesn’t roll over automatically month to month.

That said, we understand that demand isn’t always even.
If your accessibility needs are seasonal or project-based, we can tailor how support is delivered so it fits your reality.

The aim is always to be useful, not rigid.

Can we try this before committing to ongoing support?

Yes.

Most organisations start with a £1,900 first step before moving into onboarding or ongoing support.

That gives you a chance to:

  • see how we work

  • understand the value in practice

  • decide what level of support (if any) makes sense

You’re never expected to commit upfront.

Can we see an example audit report?

Yes.

We can share a simplified, fully redacted example of an audit report so you can see:

  • the level of detail

  • the plain-language approach

  • how findings are prioritised

This helps you understand what “useful” looks like before you decide anything.

Do you offer off-the-shelf training, or is everything bespoke?

We offer both.

Accessible Me has a strong portfolio of self-paced learning, known as the Backbone, which many teams use alongside ongoing support.

This includes:

  • seven structured 30-minute modules

  • around 80 short (five-minute) micro-learning modules covering specific WCAG criteria and practical topics

  • a suite of ready-to-run webinars

These can be used as-is or combined with tailored support.

Do you also deliver bespoke training?

Yes.

If your team, sector, or systems have specific needs, we design training around your context, not a generic template.

This is usually discussed during onboarding or as part of ongoing support planning.

Can you use our branding in training and materials?

Yes.

For a small customisation fee, we can align materials with your branding so content feels familiar and easier for your team to adopt.

Is your content trauma-informed?

Yes.

Our approach is:

  • people-first

  • non-judgemental

  • designed to reduce pressure and defensiveness

We’re mindful that change, compliance, and accessibility conversations can feel stressful - especially for people already working under load.

Are we locked into a pathway once we choose one?

No.

You can:

  • move between pathways

  • scale support up or down

  • or pause altogether

Ongoing support exists to help you stay confident and in control - not to lock you into something that no longer fits.
